How do I download my files after purchase?
After checkout you will see a download link on the order confirmation page and you will receive an email with a secure download link. You can access the files via Google Drive or download and save them directly to your device.
What file formats are included?
Most bundles include PDF as the primary format. Some titles may also include EPUB or DOCX where available. We also include PowerPoint files and test banks used by professors.
Can I access the ebooks on phone, tablet, and laptop?
Yes. Files work on iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS using any standard PDF or EPUB reader. You can study anytime, anywhere — online or offline once files are downloaded.

Yes. Classroom use is allowed for the purchaser. Sharing outside your class or reselling files is not permitted. For department or multi seat use, please contact us.
Can I share my download link?
No. Your license is for one purchaser. Sharing links or files publicly or for resale violates the license.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus eWallets in the Philippines offered by Xendit, along with other region specific payment methods supported at checkout. All payments are securely processed.
What is your refund policy?
Because these are instant digital downloads, purchases are generally non refundable. If you experience a file issue or receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we will help with a replacement or a fair resolution.
I did not receive my email. What should I do?
